The HIF is a €50m fund that has been established as a joint venture between Pembroke Hospitality and BVP Investments, with funding provided by the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF).

The ISIF is a sovereign investment fund with a mandate to invest on a commercial basis to support economic activity and employment in Ireland.

Since 2008 Pembroke Hospitality has provided hotel asset management and consultancy services to hotel owners and banks. The company specialises in business recovery, re-financing, capital investment, feasibility assessments and valuations in multiple geographies including Ireland, the UK and other international markets.

BVP Investments is an investor in Irish businesses since 2007. On behalf of clients, BVP has invested in a diversified portfolio of project finance and growing company investments. Although investor return is our primary focus, we are passionate about impact investing and investing in sustainable businesses and ambitious promoters.
